With the diagnosis agreed, we work with your leadership team to decide what to do about it. This is a collaborative phase: the plan is built with the people who will own it, in working sessions rather than in our office.
We define the objectives in measurable terms, identify the initiatives that will move them, and sequence those initiatives so that quick wins fund and build confidence for the harder work. Trade-offs are made explicitly and recorded.
The roadmap is complete when every initiative has an owner, a timeline, the resources it needs and the KPIs that will show whether it is working.
