Step 01
Discovery
Deep dive into your organization's current state. We interview key stakeholders, analyze existing data, and identify underlying challenges rather than treating surface-level symptoms.
Every engagement begins by understanding the organization as it really is — not as the org chart, the last strategy document or the loudest voices describe it. Discovery is a short, intensive phase built to get to the truth quickly.
We interview leaders, managers and front-line staff; we sit with the data your business already produces; and we walk the processes that matter. The aim is to separate root causes from symptoms so that the work that follows addresses the right problems.
Discovery ends with a clear, shared diagnosis: what is working, what is not, why, and what is at stake. It is reviewed with the leadership team so that everyone starts the next phase from the same facts.
What you get
- Stakeholder interviews across levels and functions
- A fact base built from your operational and financial data
- A root-cause diagnosis of the priority issues
- A sized view of the opportunity and a proposed engagement scope
Typical duration: two to four weeks, depending on the size and complexity of the organization.
