Step 04
Follow Through
We review the results with your leaders, recognize progress, and address what still needs work. As your team develops, we adjust the training and keep raising the standard.
Improvement has to be maintained after the initial focus moves on. That is why follow-through is built into the rhythm of the program rather than treated like a final step.
Leadership regularly reviews performance, priorities, and what has changed since the last conversation. Monday meetings create an opportunity to look back at the prior week, while Friday check-ins help leaders address what needs attention before another weekend begins.
Progress is reviewed at both the store and employee level. When something improves, the team can build on it. When it does not, the conversation goes deeper — whether the issue is activity, skill, consistency, leadership reinforcement, or the system surrounding the employee.
Goals, action items, and training can then evolve with the business instead of staying frozen in place. That ongoing cycle is what keeps standards from disappearing once the meeting, training call, or good week is over.
